Especially about things like this, I just assumed that the firedepartment would know where to go, should I have had need to call them, but this proves me wrong.

Now, I'm totally prepared in case there's an emergency. I have directions written down by my phone, so that if my daughter has to call them due to some unforseen accident on my part, she can let them know exactly how to get here from where they are. All she'd have to do is read it out to them. It's incredibly sad to need such a thing, but apparently it is a necessity!Skyehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00198283033410908267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4064100155585547583.post-43822019250400692542009-03-09T15:54:00.000-05:002009-03-09T15:54:00.000-05:00Whoever was manning the pumper truck was at the pr...Whoever was manning the pumper truck was at the proper apartment, Penny. If the fire was real the home would be long gone by the time they arrived!!

Our town is about the same size, and all volunteers as well. I have never questioned if they knew where they are going. I wonder if anyone else around here has any interesting stories about the fire department?

Or for that matter, if anyone else in the world of blogs does! Police, Fire department, Ambulance, any of the emergency response people. I'd be interested to hear them all!Skyehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00198283033410908267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4064100155585547583.post-13903528527288448902009-03-08T10:14:00.000-05:002009-03-08T10:14:00.000-05:00Wow.
